Step inside a Rio Hotel penthouse for a Las Vegas boudoir photography event built around meaningful time with the talent. Eight individually styled models/actors and multiple styled concepts turn the rooms into a collection of creative possibilities.
Controlled photographer-to-model rotations and dedicated shooting time let you direct the talent, work your angles and refine your composition. We intentionally limit photographer attendance to keep the ratio low, so the experience is about your images, not the queue.
Then stay for the complimentary social hour with music, drinks and charcuterie. Mingle, network and build the connections that make Focus & Fire a tribe, not just another event.

Yes. WPPI takes place February 28 to March 4, 2027 at Rio Hotel in Las Vegas. Focus & Fire Vegas Adventures takes place February 28 to March 2, with our penthouse event, check-ins, and desert-event party-bus departures based at the Rio. Focus & Fire registration is separate from WPPI registration.
Three portfolio-building photography experiences. Eight distinctive models at every event, each bringing an individual look and presence. Create alongside Jermaine Horton and Suzanne Claire, explore three distinctive settings, and connect with photographers and models who share your drive to create. Book one, two, or all three adventures. Registration is for photographers, not model applications.
Each event includes eight distinctive models, giving you a variety of looks to explore. Boudoir Penthouse on February 28 features eight individually styled models/actors, multiple styled concepts, controlled photographer-to-model rotations and dedicated shooting time, plus a free social hour with music, drinks, and charcuterie. Nelson Ghost Town on March 1 and Valley of Fire on March 2 each include round-trip luxury party-bus transportation from Rio Hotel, with music provided. Bring your own drinks and snacks for the bus rides. Party-bus transportation is not included with the penthouse event.
Yes. We intentionally limit photographer attendance to keep the photographer-to-model ratio low. Eight individually styled models/actors are positioned throughout the penthouse, with multiple styled concepts. Controlled rotations and dedicated shooting time give you meaningful time to direct the talent, refine your composition and develop your own images, rather than queue for a rushed photograph.
Yes. One adventure is $325 per person early bird or $395 standard. Two adventures are $635 total per person early bird. The Trifecta is $895 per person early bird for all three, or $1,140 standard. Early-bird pricing is subject to availability. Select the matching option on the registration page to receive the package price.
Meet in front of Starbucks on the Ipanema side of Rio Hotel in Las Vegas at 7:45 PM sharp on Sunday, February 28. You must be escorted to the penthouse. The photography event begins at 8:00 PM. Arrive on time: late arrivals will not be able to access the penthouse.
Nelson Ghost Town: meet and check in outside, in front of the main entrance of Rio Hotel at 1:15 PM on Monday, March 1; the luxury party bus departs at 1:45 PM sharp. Valley of Fire: meet and check in outside, in front of the main entrance of Rio Hotel at 1:15 PM on Tuesday, March 2; the bus departs at 2:00 PM sharp. Review the full itinerary for shooting times, return departures, and approximate arrivals. All times are local Las Vegas / Pacific Time.
Departure times are firm. The luxury party bus leaves on time and will not wait. If you miss the scheduled departure, you must arrange your own transportation to the location at your own expense. The penthouse has a separate rule: you must meet in front of Starbucks on the Ipanema side of Rio Hotel at 7:45 PM for the required escort; late arrivals cannot access the penthouse.
Bring your camera, preferred lenses, charged batteries, and spare memory cards. Westcott lights will be available to use. You’re also welcome to bring your own lighting. If you have a Westcott trigger, please bring it. We’ll have some triggers available to share. Bring your own drinks and snacks for the party-bus rides.
